Fair-use and scheduling apply. Statutory and filing fees, settlement amounts and flights are excluded. Travel beyond the package radius is billed at R6/km; accommodation is arranged where required. Additional work outside the package scope is quoted separately or billed from R950/hour. Final services are governed by the signed service agreement.
